Design Build Contracting has been an area that Climatic has excelled with our General Construction Partners. We have the expertise on staff to understand the Client’s real needs whether an Industrial, Commercial or Government Classified Client.

During the design phase of a project, we will work closely with the client, understanding thoroughly their operations and what we will deliver as mechanical systems. We will then proceed with the design of the project. Often consultation is required with outside vendors and equipment manufacturers of the client to determine actual loads that may be generated by their equipment. Unless a major change or addition to the scope of work, the client has an up front cost that will not change during construction.
