At the start of our construction projects, our staff has in their possession all of the tools to perform their duties in the most efficient and effective manner. Our planning staff has completed the coordination drawings that will lay out the location, elevation and positioning of all trade components such as, structural beams, joist and columns, plumbing and process piping
lines, chilled water pipe routing, fire sprinkler location, space for electrical conduits and primarily ductwork systems and HVAC components.

Our drawings are completed in 3 dimensional format. This allows all trades to visualize their installations in perspective with the other elements of the project. This process has all but eliminated rework by trades not having their devices in its designated location. Not only has this provided for better production in the field, it has maximized the bottom line profit for the subcontractors and general contractor on the job.
