Cooling Checks:

• Check amperage and voltage to all motors
• Check air temperature drop across evaporator coil
• Lubricate all moving parts as needed
• Check and clean condensate drain pan and drain line
• Clean condenser coil as needed
• Verify thermostat operation and accuracy
• Inspect condenser of oil deposits and overall condition
• Check condensate drain
• If necessary apply gauges and check operating pressures
• Report findings on invoice

Heating Checks:

• Check flue pipe for damage or seperation
• Clean burner assembly
• Check amperage and voltage to all motors
• Check air temperature across heat exchanger
• Lubricate all moving parts as needed
• Check fan limit and limit control safeties
• Check all other safety switches and roll out sensor
• Report findings on invoice
