Job Status: Full Time

Job Overview: As an HVAC Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for keeping heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems operating safely and efficiently. Your day may include troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues, repairing or replacing parts, and dismantling equipment when necessary to get to the root of a problem. Preventative maintenance is a big part of the job, ensuring equipment is running smoothly and avoiding costly breakdowns for our customers. You’ll also perform installations when needed and document the work you complete for accuracy and accountability. Much of this role takes place outdoors in varying weather conditions, and it requires both technical expertise and the ability to work directly with customers in a professional and respectful manner.

Qualifications: 

• 5 years of HVAC experience preferred (not required)

• Relevant education and/or training in refrigeration and air conditioning

• Strong knowledge of refrigeration principles, electrical systems, motors, loop systems, and water treatment

• Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot complex systems

• Hands-on familiarity with HVAC tools and equipment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience with refrigeration systems preferred

• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, drug test, and background check required

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Salary: $20-30 per hour (Depending on experience)
